15. WARRANTY:
“AOC Furniture recommends that its products be installed according to their written installation procedures. Any unauthorized changes to our installation procedures will void any and all warranties either implied or expressed. The warranty, which runs from the date of manufacture, covers defects in materials and craftsmanship found during normal usage of the products during the warranty period. If a product is defective, and if written notice of the defect is given to AOC within the Applicable Warranty Period, AOC, at its option, will either repair or replace the defective product with a comparable component or product. The Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to all products.”

16. EXPORT PACKAGING CHARGES: $95 PER CRATE.
17. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR: SAME AS EXISTING WARRANTY.
18. LIST OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF INSTALLATION: INSTALLERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR INSTALLATION OF SELECT PRODUCTS, AS AGREED TO IN THE TERMS OF A PARTICULAR CONTRACT. ANY ALTERATIONS TO INSTALLATION BY ANYONE OTHER THAN AN AUTHORIZED INSTALLER SHALL NULLIFY THIS AGREEMENT.
19. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REPAIR PARTS: REPAIR PARTS ARE AUTHORIZED AFTER SATISFACTION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WARRANTY (SEE ITEM 15 ABOVE) AND/OR IN SELECT CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE ORIGINAL PARTS ARE DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT TO THE CUSTOMER AND ARE THE DIRECT RESULT OF DAMAGE NOT ATTRIBUTABLE TO CUSTOMER NEGLIGENCE.
RELATED ISSUES
RESTOCKING CHARGE: AUTHORIZED RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING CHARGE OF 30%.
CANCELLATION CHARGE:NO CANCELLATION CHARGE SHALL APPLY PRIOR TO PRODUCTION. AFTER PRODUCTION, ONLY ACTUAL COSTS INCURRED THAT CANNOT BE RECOVERED SHALL BE CHARGED.
SHIPPING OR ACTING AGENT: ALL PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED TO OUR CUSTOMERS IN GOOD FAITH. UPON RECEIPT, ACTUAL GOODS RECEIVED MUST BE CHECKED FOR BOTH COMPLETENESS AND POSSIBLE DAMAGES (BY THE CUSTOMER) AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THOSE ITEMS LISTED ON THE PACKING SLIP. ONLY IN THOSE INSTANCES WHERE ITEMS ARE NOT SHIPPED (IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PACKING SLIP), AND/OR ARE DAMAGED PRIOR TO RECEIPT, WILL “AOC Furniture” BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.
